14 September 2015 – Dr. Martens is pleased to announce equally boundary pushing homegrown bands in its first South East Asia edition of the Stand For Something Tour 2015. Headlined by British indie-rock band CIRCA WAVES, the Stand For Something Tour will be joined by respective home-city bands: Riot !n Magenta in Singapore, Elephant Kind in Jakarta, and Up Dharma Down in Manila.
In Indonesia, Elephant Kind is well known as an uprising indie pop/rock/folk/electronic band. The band have great reviews by music critics and enthusiasts. They already performed in some notable and hip music festivals, such as We The Fest (Jakarta) and Dr. Martens Indonesia Stand For Something Music Showcase in April 2015.
As a brand intrinsically linked to music, Dr. Martens remains one of the most culturally relevant and iconic British brands of all time. All across the world gig-goers continue to adopt Airwair as their uniform of choice and the Stand For Something Tour 2015 salutes these music lovers by bringing the most exciting bands to intimate venues for up close and personal live experiences.

In Indonesia, tickets can be collected at Dr. Martens store from 15th September 2015 at Grand Indonesia, Level 2. No purchase is necessary; Limited to 2 tickets per person; 18 and above only.
